Registration Fees
  • Registration fee: €1,600.00 + €352.00 (22% VAT) = €1,952.00
  • Eurelectric Members* registration fee: €1.400 + €308.00 (22% VAT) = €1,708.00
  • Academics: €900.00 + €198.00 (22%VAT) = €1,098.00
  • Startups: €500.00 + €110.00 (22%VAT) = €610.00

* For all National Association members (incl. their members), Candidate Countries (Turkey, Serbia & The Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia), Affiliate Members & Business Associate Members.

EU (Commission, Parliament, Council), Government Officials and Journalists are welcome to participate free of charge.

Important Note

VAT on Italian conferences is charged at 22% of the overall fee. It is obligatory for all participants from all countries to pay this.

All participants must register online, using the online registration form.

Invoices should be paid in advance of the conference, participants whose fee has not been received will be asked to pay via credit card at the event. Please use the invoice number or participant name when carrying out your bank transfer.

Cancellation & Substitution Policy

Only cancellations received prior to 3 May will be refunded. Cancellations received after this date will not be refunded. Delegate substitutions may be made up to one week before the conference. Please note that “no shows” remain payable. All cancellations and delegate substitutions must be made in writing to the attention of Ann Strzelczyk (astrzelczyk@eurelectric.org).


Language

The language for the Conference will be English.
